Salmon casserole

This is how you do it

Cut the potatoes into 3 mm / 1/8 inch slices. Boil until soft. Cut the onion into thin slices. Mix eggs and milk. Fry the onion slices. When the onion is soft, add the boiled potato slices. Then add the milk and egg mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until everything sets (it should be a bit like an omelette). Cut the salmon slices into smaller pieces and spread them over the potatoes and onions. Sprinkle lots of dill all over. A couple of tablespoons of melted butter will not do any harm! :)

Tip!  Many outdoor enthusiasts do not realize what a perfect kitchen they have. There's no need to get stuck with terrible freeze-dried food. Keep an open mind when you decide the dishes on your trip. We have two beautiful kayaks with lots of space for lovely meals.

3-4 potatoes
2 eggs
5 cl / 3-4 tbsp milk
150 g / 5 1/4 oz. smoked salmon in thin slices
2 tsp dried or fresh dill
1 tbsp butter
Salt & Pepper
